shipping policy:

-all domestic orders are processed within 3-5 business days and within 7-10 days for international orders.  please be aware that orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. 

-if we are expecting a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by 14-30 business days. Please allow additional days for transit and delivery. Incase of any significant delay in shipment, we will get in touch via email or phone call.

once an order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing tracking information You can use this information to track the progress of the shipment on the shipping partner’s website.
